MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL PARISH MEETING OF THE PARISH OF HOLBROOK HELD ON WEDNESDAY 20th . MAY 2009 at 7.30.p.m. AT THE “ARKWRIGHT” PARISH HALL

APOLOGIES:- Councillors Murfin & Mrs. J. Gemmell (A.V.B.C.) and PCSO J. Midgley

There were two parishioners present.

The Chairman welcomed everyone to the meeting.

The Minutes of the Annual parish Meeting held on 21st May 2008 had been circulated prior to the meeting and were approved and signed.

There were no matters arising.

Copies of the Annual Report had been circulated and it was noted that Councillors Massey and Mrs. Smith had made full attendance.

The Accounts Book, Bank Statements etc. were unavailable as they were with the Internal Auditor.

There being no further business the meeting closed at 7.35.p.m.
